The above diagram shows the sounds I made during sleep while suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnoea before using CPAP. The total duration is about 1 minute 15 seconds, and the periods of silence are 'apnoeas' during which I stopped breathing for more than 10 seconds.
The sounds that I made were not snoring, but frightening 'gasps' for breath, the last one I actually cry out in desperation ! Below is the recorded sound of the wave in the diagram above, in real time, it is in mp3 format, and should be playable by most modern computers. |
