I think this is a fantastic site. I have a friend with this condition and it is not a joke. I think this is a good way to bring the condition into the public eye. Great site, well done.

Glyn's article, Mask Up and Wake Up! was wonderful! Great information about CPAP. I know the CPAP machines and masks take some getting used to, but after the initial adjustment, it is totally worth it.

Hi! With over 40 counts af apnoea per hour, I used to "sleep" for about one to two hours every night. I didn't dare sit anywhere for even a minute, I would immediatly doze off. No social life, for I couldn't concentrate. Started using CPAP four years ago and got my life back!!. I don't go anywhere without it.

Dear readers,
my partner was diagnosed with sleep apnoea in july 2005 unfortunatley he was fighting for his life first to get to the bottom of what was wrong. AT first he was put on cpap then changed to bypap as his body wasnt responding to treatment very well, now he suffers terrible discomfort to his chest when wakening in the morning wich last for about 30min if any of you readers suffered from this and can give me any tips or talk to me through email it would be much appreciated thanks. natalie x
